This is a request under theFreedom of Information Act. I request that a copy of documents containing thefollowing information be provided to me:

• The most recent comprehensivesubcontracting plan submitted by Lockheed Martin for participation in theComprehensive Subcontracting Plan Test Program through the Department ofDefense.

In order to help to determine mystatus for purposes of determining the applicability of any fees, you shouldknow that I am the Director of Government Affairs for a small business advocacygroup and am seeking information for use in our group's research and not forcommercial use.

The American Small Business Leagueis willing to pay fees for this request up to a maximum of $200.00. If youestimate that the fees will exceed this limit, please inform me first.
